Levari is an AI-native marketplace connecting verified students for peer-to-peer services.   • Account Registration Data: To use Levari, you must verify your student status. We collect your name, university affiliation, .edu email address, graduation year, and password.
  • Profile and Listing Data: Information you choose to display publicly on your profile, such as your bio, major, skills, profile picture, and the descriptions of the services you are offering or requesting.
  • AI Input Data: Text, prompts, and context you input into our AI Agents to generate service listings. (Note: Do not input sensitive personal information, such as Social Security Numbers or passwords, into the AI generator).
  • Communications: Records and copies of your correspondence (including in-app messages between Clients and Providers) if you contact us or communicate with other users on the Platform. We monitor these messages for safety, fraud prevention, and enforcement of our Terms of Service.

B. Information We Collect Automatically:

  • Usage Details: Details of your visits to our Platform, including traffic data, location data, logs, referring/exit pages, date and time stamps, and the resources that you access and use.
  • Device Information: Information about your computer, mobile device, and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Platform and hold certain information to improve your user experience.

C. Information We DO NOT Collect (Financial Data):

  • Levari does not currently process payments on the Platform. Therefore, we do not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or third-party payment app usernames (e.g., Venmo, Zelle) used for off-platform transactions.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us to:

  • Provide and Optimize the Platform: To present our Platform and its contents to you, and to facilitate the matching of Clients and Providers.
  • Verify Identity: To ensure our community remains exclusive to verified students using .edu credentials.
  • Power AI Features: To process your prompts through our integrated third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate, optimize, and translate your service listings.
  • Maintain Trust and Safety: To monitor for prohibited content (e.g., academic dishonesty, illegal services, harassment) and enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Communicate with You: To send you administrative notices, account updates, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Analytics: To understand how users interact with our Platform so we can improve our user interface, matching algorithms, and overall service.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With Other Users: Your public profile (name, profile picture, university, major, and service listings) is visible to other registered users to facilitate marketplace connections.
  • With Third-Party Service Providers: We share necessary data with vendors who assist us in operating our Platform. This includes cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), email delivery services, and AI Language Model providers (who process your listing prompts).

5. AI AND THIRD-PARTY API USAGE

Levari is an AI-native platform. By using our AI listing generation tools, you acknowledge that the text and prompts you input are transmitted to third-party AI service providers via API. These providers process the data to return text to you. We restrict our AI partners from using your personal data to train their foundational models, but we strongly advise against entering sensitive personal, financial, or contact information into the AI prompt fields.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND OFF-PLATFORM TRANSACTIONS

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or applications, and users frequently utilize third-party payment processors (e.g., Venmo, CashApp) to settle transactions off-platform. We have no control over the privacy practices or content of these third-party platforms. Any information you provide to them is governed by their respective privacy policies, not ours.

7. DATA SECURITY

We have implemented commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
